We improve the legal literacy of schoolchildren, give lectures on law, hold consultations, and hold competitions.
We cooperate with secondary educational institutions in Ufa, the Republic of Bashkortostan and neighboring regions.

Brain-ring
The Institute of Law holds a Republican legal brain-ring among students of grades 9-11 during the autumn holidays. Our goal is to identify and support talented students of the Republic of Bashkortostan, to test their knowledge of the theory of state and law, the main branches of Russian law.
- A team of 6 students can participateEach school can nominate only one team, which must consist of students in grades 9-11.
- Brain – ring consists of two rounds-correspondence and full-timeTo participate in the correspondence tour, teams of students must send an email to law-brein-ring@mail.ru the application form and the completed creative task. The creative task is different every year, but it is always related to the law.
- The winners of the correspondence round and the best teams of the previous competitions participate in the full-time roundThe organizing committee determines 12 works submitted for participation in the correspondence round. Thus, the winners of the correspondence round are determined, who are allowed to participate in the full-time round. In addition, teams that took 1-4 places in the previous brain-ring are allowed to participate in the face-to-face round.
- The full-time brain-ring tour is held at the BashSU Institute of LawThe full-time round consists of the first, second and final stages. Also within the framework of this round, a captains ' competition is held (outside of the competition). The winners of the brain ring are awarded with prizes.

Olympiad in Country Studies
The Olympiad is held among students of grades 9-11 of secondary educational institutions in order to identify and support talented students of the Republic of Bashkortostan, test students ' knowledge of English and identify linguistically gifted students.

Competition «Constitution through the eyes of a schoolboy»
The competition is held among students of grades 9-11 of general education institutions in order to popularize knowledge about the Basic Laws of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Bashkortostan, about the constitutional law of Russia; to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for successful participation in socially significant projects, public life, legal initiatives; to identify gifted young people and to form human resources for research activities.

The Institute of Law of Bashkir State University and the Scientific Society of Young Researchers invite all students interested in law to take part in the All-Russian Scientific Conference of schoolchildren "State and Law in the modern world".
The main purpose of the conference is to attract students to research work in the field of jurisprudence, instilling interest in the state and law. The conference is held in order to create conditions that promote the development of the intellectual and creative potential of schoolchildren, to involve them in research and project activities.
